Mold Making & Precision Tooling
Plastic molding and tooling define product quality, cost, and production efficiency. We design and manufacture molds in-house to ensure precision and full process control. Through close collaboration between R&D and tooling teams, we optimize cycle times and material usage, delivering accurate and repeatable thermoplastic production.

Compression Molding
A variety of compression molding technologies, suitable for a wide range of industrial, commercial, and consumer products ranging from the smallest parts to automotive panels. Committed to manufacturing responsibly, we continue to expand our compression molding abilities, particularly in terms of automation and energy efficiency.

Injection Molding
Our advanced molding capabilities, experienced team, and tightly controlled processes ensure fast and consistent production of high-quality parts. We support a wide range of materials, finishes, and technologies, including insert and double-component molding, gas-assisted injection, and IML. With 70 injection machines (50–1000 tons) from leading manufacturers such as Nissei, Arburg, and Demag, we deliver reliable large-scale production supported by automation and centralized process control systems.

Particle Foam

Continious Fiber Thermoplastic
From laminates and profiles to complex 3D structures, we offer a lightweight, high-performance alternative for metal, wood, and thermosetting polymers. With our novel weaving systems, we combine the mechanical properties of glass/carbon continuous fiber reinforcement with the design flexibility of thermoplastic matrices without compromising on aesthetics and quality.

Heat-Transfer Printing & Embroidery
Our heat-transfer printing and embroidery systems bring vibrant, durable graphics and branding to textile surfaces with exceptional resolution and color fidelity. This capability enables customization and high-end visual appeal without compromising fabric integrity or performance.

High-Frequency & Ultrasonic Welding
We employ high-frequency and ultrasonic welding to join textile and composite materials cleanly and reliably. These non-stitching bond methods create strong, flexible seams ideal for products requiring water resistance, airtight seals, or enhanced structural strength, while eliminating loose threads and improving overall reliability.

Thermoforming & Hot Press Molding
Our thermoforming and hot press molding systems shape textile substrates into three-dimensional forms with precision and repeatability. Laser Cutting & Lamination

Our advanced metal manufacturing hub is engineered to deliver high-accuracy, high-repeatability components for the most demanding consumer applications. Combining automated aluminum extrusion with sophisticated surface treatments, we produce metal parts that integrate seamlessly with plastics and textiles to enable superior final assemblies.

Tooling & Prototyping
Rapid, high-fidelity prototyping and precision tooling are the foundation of our metal capability. From concept models to final tooling assets, our in-house mold room, milling machines, wire cutting systems, grinding equipment, and CMM inspection ensure that every tool delivers optimal performance, minimal iteration cycles, and reliable scale up into production.

CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
Our CNC division is equipped to handle complex geometries and tight tolerances across aluminum, steel, and specialty alloys. With 3-axis and 4-axis milling, precision cutting, embossing, lathe capabilities, and automatic knurling, we convert digital designs into manufacturable realities with consistent surface and dimensional quality.

Punching & Bending
We shape sheets and profile metal with precision and efficiency using modern punching and bending systems. Our capabilities include single and double bending, progressive punching, embossed detailing, and CNC-controlled bending to create structurally sound, repeatable parts ready for assembly or finishing.

Welding
Our welding processes combine skilled manual craftsmanship with robotic automation to deliver strong, clean joins across assemblies. Whether custom jigs requiring precision spot welding or complex sub-assemblies needing repeatable robot welding, we ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality that meet performance standards.

Surface Finish & Coating
Surface quality directly impacts product durability and brand perception. We provide comprehensive finishing options — from high-polish aluminum and steel to sand and shot blasting for matte textures; to silk-screen and pad printing for functional branding; to full anodizing with chemical polish for corrosion resistance and visual consistency — all controlled in-house for quality and traceability.

Extrusion
Our extrusion line, capable of handling up to 600-ton profiles, produces consistent, high-strength aluminum shapes optimized for structural and aesthetic performance. We supplement extrusion with precision aging and automated tube laser cutting to deliver ready-to-assemble components that maintain geometric integrity and material performance.
